A lot of XJ-Ss, XJs, and XKs have their VIN information printed on a decal were it was previosuly a metal plate.  While these were easy for the factory to produce and apply they were not that durable and have often been lost over time or removed during a respray.  They were also printed on tamper proof material which mean any attempt to remove and reapply them was doomed.

 

I have a large variety of designs for replicating UK and US VIN plates, including the smaller ones applied in secondary locations.  These can be custom printed if you supply your VIN, paint and trim codes, and (if you have them) the load weightings.  

 

The cost is £40 for all design work and printing of a 2 copies of each decal, or a few more if you need them.
